gtx 970 & World of Warcraft

Hi.On ultra graphics in world of warcraft i get 35 fps on average.Why?
i7-5820k,msi x99 sli plus,8gb ddr4 2400mhz,msi gtx 970 4g,600w psu
All the components drivers are up to date.

the result is very similar to my other pc where i am getting 25-30 fps on average on ultra which has intel core duo , 4gb ddr2 and gtx 550 ti ... I am pissed forum,any advice?

Is this low fps online or single player?
Did you uninstall any previous driver you had before installing the new one for the GTX 970?
Do you have anything else running in the background while you game?
Run CCLeaner and do the Clean and Registry portions both. Then you can start from a clean slate so to speak.
