I want to know the max core ,boost ,memory clock i could achieve with this card by overclocking it.

"Overclocking" ??? Every chip differs. Some might go beyond the level you think and still be stable. Some might not even get to desired level and unstable at loads. You can't complaint NVIDIA as they don't guarantee overclock. So, doing it yourself is the right (only) way to know how much your chip will go.
