GTX 980 and my PSU

Hello!
I got an Asus P7P55D
Intel Core i5 760 2.8 Ghz overclocked to something like 3.4-6
12 GB of RAM.
I bought the GTX 980 and wanted to know if my SeaSonic 620W will be enough for all of that.

The card has a max TDP of 165 watt and requires a 30 amps and a 500 watt PSU is recomended so the seasonic 620 is cool.

People always told me you need to calculate all of your parts needs and take a PSU according to that.

Yes its more than enough the motherboard ,hdd dvd rom these will consume maximum of 100 watt the card 165 watt at full load while gaming 173 watt and the processor 65 watt you will still left with enough headroom .

your motherboard doesn't have to have anything more that a PCIE slot you are fine.
