[SOLVED] Gtx 980 equivalent amd card

I have had my spare gtx 980 layoung around for a while and was wondering how it performs in nowadays most demanding titles. And also what's the equivalent amd graphics card.

My gtx 980 is a Gigabyte G1 Windforce edition.

Read here. Power wise it will be more hungry than the GTX980, mind you.

The GTX980 4gb is still a decent 1080p/1440p gaming card. A similar AMD card would be an R9 290/390x
