GTX 980 Loud buzz

[Just an average guy]

Turned on my computer today and started to play medival engineers (purchased from a gift card) and the gpu started to buzz badly. Whenever I changed menus the buzz would change. Then when I got into the actual game it wouldn't be as bad. I have a 4k monitor. Any help is appreciated...

This is coil whine, which is more noticable on the GTX 900 series, is it like a screeching sound?
It usually gets louder the higher the FPS is, so that's why in the menu's it screeches louder because in some games you can get 1000 FPS in the menus.
