GTX 980 Models

I know I would like to upgrade to an Nvidia 980. I am just very unsure of which model to get. I am leaning towards the EVGA classified or the Asus 20th Gold edition, but if someone has another recommendation that is good too. Spec wise I know the Asus 20th gold is the fastest, but is it really justifiable with a $100 price increase? I know all of the 980 models will be able to play all my games at max, I just want to be sure that I am purchasing the fastest, highest quality, and best cooling one (I do not plan to put a waterblock or mess with the fans). I also do not plan to OC the card as I have had a bad experience with my last GPU.

all you can do is take all that hype in to consideration and decide on the one that YOU feel is best for you ..

I think if you were to have a issue wit the cards evga would better stand behind theres and give the best satisfaction for rma exchange or warrantee after the store rma deal is gone [opinion]

then just buy the quietest GTX card (MSI)

but TBH there is a Price drop coming soon im pretty sure the 980 will drop price not sure about the 970 next month when the R9 3XX series is out

the asus card is made for Pure Overclocking look at the power delivery it is begging for it lol

msi seems to have a solid card in there 900's also evga has that step up deal , tough call

like I said weigh all the info out and go with your gut it will do as you expect or it will not in the end
