Question gtx 980 not detected

Hello i have an evga gtx 980sc my pc will no longer detect it the card was tested and works fine on another pc and my old 680 however works fine in my rig the problems started after my psu went out but has since been replaced with a new unit i have also updated the bios and i have also tried it in other pci slot any suggestions would be grate i am pulling my hair out at this point lol

P8z77-v deluxe motherboard
3770k cpu
16 gigs ram
New 600 watt psu
The gpu that works in other rigs but wont in mine is an evga gtx 980 sc
But the gpu thats runing in it now is an evga gtx 760

Their is no error codes or beeps the 980 lights up and fans spin but is not detected but works fine in other rigs and other gpus work fine in mine lol
