I have the money for them all but which one is the best

The 980Ti is going to be your best option. Usually no more than 2-3 fps gains with the Titan x for the extra 400$

GTX 980 Ti. It performs as well or better than the titan X and costs a good amount less, the GTX 980 does not compare for performance per dollar to the gtx 980 Ti.

980Ti, It's the Titan but with half the ram and slightly slower power. Titans only worth if you either just want to show off or maybe if you do graphics rendering work.
