GTX 980 - Really low FPS?

Hey, I recently upgraded from a 680 to a 980. The first day I put it in it was great, incredible FPS/performance across the board, I was streaming H1Z1 in 1080p ultra at 60+ FPS and without streaming I was getting 80-100+. The last couple of days the FPS has been really bad, getting 40-60 on high, and ultra is really choppy. The temps are going up to 70c at 20% fan speed and the GPU load is 85%+ according to gpuZ. Anyone know what's up?
