Gtx 980 running slow

Hello tomshardware i built a gaming pc about a year ago and have upgraded it quite heavily until about 4 months ago and recently it has been running shit frames for a month.
Specs:
980
i7 4790k
16 gbram

Games before:
Minecraft 300 with shaders maybe 250
Csgo never dropping 300
Planetside 100+

Games now
Minecraft 100-200 no shaders
Csgo 200
Plantside not tested

I have malwarebytes and i clean my registry with registry cleaner often
