Hello all, I was going to buy a 4k monitor and do a dual monitor, now i have a gtx 980 with core i5 6600k, any advise if buying another gtx 980 and running a 2way sli would worth it or maybe i should wait abit for next generations of vgas?

full system:
cpu : core i5 6600k
mobo : gigabyte z170x gaming 7
2*8 DDR4 ram
psu : evga 750w

also if i do sli, can it handle 4k gaming atleast for 2 years?! and also is 750w psu enough for it?!

Solution
I would hold on for the new GPUs. Even 2x 980 in sli cannot run everything at 4k, ultra settings at an acceptable frame rate.

4k is significantly more work than 1080p (4x the amount of pixels roughly)
1) Can a 750watt PSU handle 980 SLI? Yes.

2) Will 980 SLI handle 4K? Yes and no. It really depends on what you consider acceptable. Will it run 4K at 30fps+ on decent graphical settings? Yes. Will it do it at 60fps+? No.

2) Is it worth it? It wouldn't be if you did it now. But it you wait for the new Pascal GPUs to come out, then it might be better to get one of those. Or, the price of the 980 will have dropped and you'll have gotten a better deal.
