Question GTX 980 ti 0% load power problem

Hello, I have a problem with my 980 ti founder. IT WOrks fine, and Every 3/4 seconds, It down to 0% load and no power consumption, and later WOrk normally, and later down, is cyclic. My PSU work fine with another's GPU. Please, someone know how I can fix it? The GPU is dieing? Thanks!
