GTX 980 Ti - 30 FPS

Hello i jus bought the Nvidia GTX 980 Ti , but my processor is a FX 8150 3.97 ghz , and the motherboard is an asus crosshair formula V , i have like 30 fps in rise pf the tomb raider and other games like it ... should i buy another rig ?? im new at this

Your CPU is too weak. You need to go Intel.

wait what? I get much higher than that and in some spots even an Intel CPU is "too weak" so it's going to depend on where you're at in the game.

and also im a lil worried cuz my PSU is like 4 years old Thermaltake bronce 750W .... and it is a mess my Computer , dirt and so and so , 8 gig on ram , dd3

Your CPU is crap. The 8350 may give you decent frames for low-middle end cards, but it can't go high end. Upgrading to an Intel i5 will greatly help.
