GTX 980 Ti Best Model

I'm gonna buy two GTX 980 Ti's but i'm not sure which model i should get. Which model is best? And is there any frame rate difference between models?

The ASUS Strix GTX 980 Ti is the best. But I dont know if it has come out yet. You could also go with the Gigabyte Windforce GTX 980 Ti.

How do you know they are best? Shouldn't they have the same characteristics?
