GTX 980 TI Fan issue

Hey whatsup guys, up until 2 days ago my fans on my 980ti started ramping up for no reason. I took it out and found out that one of the fans don't spin smoothly.

I have a Gigabyte G1 980TI and was wondering if my gpu is done for, or if i can just blow out whatever could potentially be causing it to do that? And since it has 3 fans, if it would be bad to have it running even with little to no load. Thanks!

Request a RMA from Gigabyte and send it in for a warranty claim.
