gtx 980 ti ftw

Actually, I have an EVGA GTX 770 GPU (02g-p4-2774-kr) and I want to upgrade to a 980 ti (EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti 06G-P4-4996-KR 6GB FTW )

Here's my rig:
- Gigabyte z97x-SLI motherboard
- Cooler master HAF 922 case
- Antec NeoEco 620w PSU
If it matters: i7-4790k CPU, Seagate barracuda 1tb HDD, samsung 840 evo 120gb SSD, corsair vengeance 16gb RAM, windows 10OS.

I would like to know if it would fit with my rig. And, do 620w for my PSU is enough, considering that the power consumption of a 980 ti is slightly higher than a 770 and the card I will buy is a FTW (so +25 watts)? And will it fit with my motherboard? And is there incompatibilities with other pieces I have?

Yes, the PSU will work, but maybe you won't be able to OC.

620w should be fine if its a true 620w unit with 51 amps at the 12v+

Granted the 1070s have been selling out, but I suspect (or at least hope) that the supply chain will stabilize within the next two weeks. I just thought that I should mention this option.

It will work fine. I use a 980Ti Xtreme and an overclocked i7 3820 and even under full gpu and cpu load, total power usage is ~500w. Yours will likely use a bit less as your CPU isn't as power hungry as mine.
