GTX 980 TI G1 Gaming Gigabyte Coil whine problem?

Hello guys!

So I'm planning to buy GTX 980 ti from gigabyte g1 gaming and I heard about coil whine problems.Now I called Shop seller and he told me that this problem can be caused by PSU and I wonder that if that is true?Is it problem in a Card or from PSU?What do you think guys?Beacuse I asked seller if it is possible to change card if I get a Coil whine and he said no that this is not problem from the card but PSU... But I don't know some people are saying its luck of a draw so I'm confused now...

I have the GTX 970 G1 from Gigabyte, I have no issues with Coil Whine...
