It should be! Your mobo should have standard pcie slots to accept the gpu. You maybe also want to consider if your power supply can support a 980 Ti addition to your system. What is your total setup currently?

Check your power suppy and case but really it should be fine. as Albionm00N,Graphics cards arn't as picky as CPU's. Just make sure you can get power to it and the case can fit it and you should be ok ^_^
