First time asking a question here but I am stumped and was hoping everyone could help me out! My GPU usage seems to be extremely low during Crysis 3and other games such as Dying light maxed out. I attempted to run Crysis 3 which I know is a flagship title and it's still seeing gpu usage at 50-60 % with only 20 fps.. I only have FXAA on and and then everything else is set to very high and AA is at 8X. I attempted to run the game at lowest settings and was able to get to about 60 fps stable.. I'm using MSI after burner and am seeing the boost up to 1330s while playing and my cpu usage only goes to about 20% max. my memory is very low while playing as well. I have run DDU and eliminated all drivers and reinstalled the drivers from February 2016 from the newest drivers to see if the issue is driver related. I'm downloading uni engine right now to see if the system will benchmark alright. I set my power management to high performance as well to increase performance it does not appear to help at all. I was thinking this was driver related but it's starting to look like a setting possibly? I just upgraded from a 780ti and the performance just seems to be much worse. Thanks in advance everyone.

CPU - Intel I7 5820k 3.3gz
GPU - GTX 980 ti SC 6gb
Ram -CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2400
Hard drive- Corsair 500 GB SSD
Monitor - Dell Gaming S2716DG 27.0" Screen LED-Lit Monitor 144gz
PSU - corsair 850w
