i have offer to upgrade my MSI 980TI Lightning to Zotac geforce gtx 1080 ti amp extreme for 250$ ?

is this difference good?

It does appear to be a legit 1080Ti.

It's the Zotac AMP! Edition, not the AMP! Extreme. That shouldn't be a deal breaker though.

What should be a deal breaker is whether you can get your money back if things go south. No one likes, or wants, to deal with a dishonest seller.

Also, Furmark isn't a good measure of gpu performance - actual in game performance is.
I wouldn't want you to go and get that, only to see artifacts, weird lights, lines and other crap when you actually fire it up in game.

i tested Assassins Creed Odyssey 4k benchmark and it ran fine also GTA and Shadow of tomb raider

I couldn't say. The 2 cards don't even have compatible bioses.

It's using the AMP! Extreme cooler, but the bios ID says it's a regular AMP!.

This behavior is typically either temperature or power supply. What are your temperatures? And what is your exact power supply?

Bad power supply.
I find it listed on the Johnny Lucky PSU Lemon List, as well as on this list here.
Both lists refer to the same review, which unfortunately, is no longer available, but it doesn't change the fact that the psu is no good.
