Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory
Corsair 750D ATX Full Tower Case
EVGA 850W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
BenQ XL2411Z 144Hz 24.0" Monitor

and for the gpu i was thinking on adding gtx 970 but i also have some cash to spare on gtx 980 so im not sure if there is a big difference or not i will be playing witcher 3 batman arkham knight and i want to play it smooth

that's not true; CrossFire is actually faster than SLI according to many benchmarks

at your resolution(1080p) they will both be great. the GTX 980 will give you more FPS now and when games get more demanding you should have more room to keep your settings at max longer...you have a really nice system be built. GO WITH THE 980......

here is a review from this forum on this issue you have

That's relative to the system that you have, games that you play, and the drivers that are used. I was primarily speaking to the drivers and the problems that I have had with them with regards to AMD. You may have had better luck - I have not. This is coming from someone who has owned a 4870X2 through to 6990's and they have all suffered debilitating driver issues that take a long for AMD to fix. Nvidia has usually had a much faster WHQL and Beta release cycle for their drivers, and I've had better luck with them.

TLDR: Your experiences might differ from mine, but I offer mine up for reference.
