Sorry, but that is kind of silly. Performance is performance regardless of how much ram or some other spec in the card. Notwithstanding, I would go with a good gtx970 and a 1440 monitor with all the bells and whistles. To save a few bucks, I would strongly consider going with the freesync monitor and graphics equivalent and save 200 bucks on the monitor. I recently bought a Acer XB270HU bprz 27-inch with a GIGABYTE G1 Gaming GeForce GTX 970 on a i7-6700k and it seems to run pretty nice. Frankly, I am not sure why one would spend more on a graphics card unless you are going to spend $1000 or more. Nothing but the most ridiculous of setups will run 4k on highest settings, so what is the point of going almost there...
