Gtx 980ti i7 4770k bottleneck

Is 4770k enough for 980ti? Should i upgrade? Currenly i own 980 and playing mostly TESO PvP. Everything is ok ( about 100fps on rog swift ) but in towns and PvP battles fps dropping to 40 - 45 fps. Could this be CPU issue? Dont know exact setting but it is about high - very high. Going lower on settings doesnt help.

the 4770k doesnt bottleneck dual titan x's. 980 is no challenge, nor the 980ti.

there is nothing for you to upgrade to unless you start going dual socket.

try overclocking it and seeing if it helps.

Is your 4770K overclocked at all?

If lowering game settings doesnt help then your PC is ok. It is related network lag with online games.

You might as well go to nvidia control panel and check if your GPU is set as default for physX it might help withsome games but personally I doubt this is a reason.
