GTX 980ti Issues

I just got my new PC up and running and im running into a big issue.

If I watch any 4k youtube vid at 4k, the video picture and audio is skipping bad. Its like im constantly pausing and unpausing non stop. I dont have any games installed to test out yet.

MSI Gaming 7 Z97a mobo
MSI GTX 980ti Gaming 6
Corsair Vengeance 16g
EVGA Supernova 850 PSU
Windows 7 64 bit
Samsung 850 Pro SSD
Samsung UHD 28' 4k monitor

I have my old PC on my 2nd Samsung 4k monitor and it runs everything flawlessly with a R7 260x card. I did get the most recent NVIDIA drivers right from the website.

Never mind... My mobo came with chrome as part of the drivers, I didnt realize that 43.0.2357.130 is the current version. I had 30. something... WTF. I updated and it works flawlessly...
