GTX 980ti vs GTX 980

Hello, I love playing arma and i was going to upgrade my rig. However, is it going to make a huge difference if i get a ti or just a normal 980? CPU is i7 4790k.

If you're gonna spend $500, the extra $150 is worth it for the ti.
