Question, I received a brand new PNY GTX 1070 Founders edition for my AMD Ryzen pc build though I have a question. My PC was working fine with an RX 480 and a Fire Pro V7900 video card.

I've used display uninstaller to clear the amd drivers then installed my NVidia Geforce GTX 1070, while I was installing the video drivers the PC went just went black, I reset or force restart the PC and the monitor power button turns blue though still a black screen. Switched to my FirePro V7900 2GB that is working fine. What should I do, the motherboard, cpu were purchased this month, power supply is 750W by Corsair I had since last year.. Help me did I just waste 50 bucks, since I brought this sealed second hand?

If the GPU isn't screwed in tightly to the PCI slot would that case the issue of the monitor getting a signal (power button turning from orange to blue) though screen is black not showing video on screen..
