Question GTX does not work with b450

Hi, i have random black screens even if i open new tab in chrome/firefox/ in games performance drop by like 90%, but after i change pcie options in bios (msi) "pcie slot1 lanes configuration" from x16 to x4+x4+x4+x4 its works fine(same on asus rog strix) but i guess its hit fps because graphic card work with x4 speed too. Theres any way to fix it or i have to try x470 mobo?

my pc:
ryzen 5 2600 (never oc)
ddr4 patriot viper 3200 (and tested on g,skill aegis 3000)
gtx 1080 palit super jet stream (latest bios)
xfx ts 550w
tested motherboards:
msi b450 tomahawk and gaming plus, rog strix b450-f (all latest bios)

new or use gpu?
try another psu?

1. i am first owner of this gpu i just upgrade my pc from i5 4670k
2. yes i tested psu,gpu in 2 other pc's. Cpu, mobo and ram was returned to shop (now i have 4th mobo, new cpu and ram)
