gtx titan x & 6700k integrated graphic not working

gtx titan x gpu and 6700k integrated graphic both not working.

psu: micronics 700w
mob: gigabyte z170x-ud5

i plugged into monitor samsung c24fg70 via displayport is showing black screen,
when plugged out dp, showing 'check the displayport'

using 2nd bios, the same result.

You should try and reseat your ram. Sometimes if not seated properly, there may not be a display.

Also, do you have a speaker attached to the board? The number of beeps it gives when the computer starts may give some insight as to why there is no display, or even if there are other issues.
