Maybe people who are dumb and don't know anything about PSUs.

You're on the right track, buy a better quality PSU, consider the Corsair CX450M, its available most everywhere, and astronomically better than that Chieftec garbage.

What motherboard do you have? Many early AM3 boards will not support those CPUs

Oh my motherboard MSI 970A-G43, it's for FX it says .... but I will must overlock it so, I need cooler on VRM

Ok, so that board is low end in the Power delivery side. I would NOT use an 8350 on it. Even with VRM cooling it will not be stable. The 8320e is a far better choice. I also wouldn't overclock. Its a low end board.

Yeah but eh, everyone says I MUST overlock it, with cooling VRM, kinda

I agree that you need to overclock those processors, because they are not very good.

BUT your motherboard is low end, and has 4+1 Power delivery system, it is REALLY BAD for overclocking. And spending money on a new board is a huge waste, especially that you don't own the processor yet.

If I were you, I'd live with what I have, and save my money to buy a new Ryzen 3, new board, and memory. It will demolish even the highest overclocked 8350.

Oh well, not very little, but not expensive, I see Ryzen5 uh, 11 000 for me, I mean rubles, it's 174 $, and motherboard I dunno which, but hm, well budget is 300$, cause old parts I can sell and will have somefin

Any B350 is fine, like the MSI B350 Tomahawk is a common one. And how about the Ryzen 3 1200.

You can try but that board doesn't support 125w processors very well due to the power delivery. With that cooler there is NO air over the VRMs.

Oh damn, then better dont overlock that only for +10 FPS, but about MSI B350 Tomahawk it's only 110 $ for me, So yeah pretty possible, and Ryzen 3 1200 right? It's + 91 $, pretty cheap.
