GTX1050Ti not booting with Gigabyte 970A-DS3P

Hi all.
I bought Gigabyte 970A-DS3P this day but even with this not booting my GTX1050Ti, previous motherboard was Asus M4A785TD-M EVO with newest BIOS that dont booted too
Asus M4A785TD-M EVO working like charm with Radeon HD5770 Hawk.
Gigabyte not working even with Radeon HD5770 Hawk.
My CPU is AMD Phenom II X4 905e 2,5GHz, RAM: 2x4GB Kingston and PSU is Corsair VS550. GTX1050Ti was used in my Asus P8P67 LE and on that worked like charm with Intel Core i5 2400. So what is now a problem? :O

Is the 970A-D3P known, working?

There shouldn't be any outright compatibility issues with a 1050TI. If you use an older card (like the 5770), do you get a display out?

If so, take a look in the BIOS, may need to enable/disable legacy BIOS support, or CSM etc..

I had installed Windows 7 with Asus M4A785TD-M EVO and HD5770, but pc seller given new mobo to my PC with GTX1050Ti, told that i need reinstall Windows (it always restarted) and in first Windows loading, my motherboard or gpu died? Because from first loading there is no beep sound/no post/nothing
PS: and i ordered new mobo because seller told me that my old Asus M-EVO is not enough for it. But iam sure that my GPU works because i had it for months in my Asus P8P67 LE
