gtx1060 3gb GTA V

I recently got on GTA V and i noticed i was getting 30-32 fps. i own a gtx 1060 3gb along with 2x8gb 1300mgz of ram and a i7 4790 3.6 mgz possessor. i see people on youtube getting 80-90 fps with a 1060 3gb and was wondering why i was getting 30fps. i installed a new driver too, same 30fps though. any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated.

Should depend on the in-game settings you are using. These are the settings I found to give the best results.

thanks for the response, i put in all those setting and during the benchmark it held a locked 30fps, almost like i had a fps cap.
