GTX1060 3gb performance

I'm using gtx1060 3gb + i3 8100 + 8gb ram.
An average FPS when running Rise of the tomb raider in ultra option is about 20~30 fps.
Is it normal ? this gpu used to make bsod when running a 3d games before.

pretty much yes, the 1060 is only 3GB so ulta = no no
As for the BSOD it is probably bad drivers
download and run DDU (guru3d.com)
Re-install drivers
