My motherboard is (Gigabyte Ga-h8m1-s1 v2.1) (PCI Express 2.0)
1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x16
2 x PCI Express x1 slots

I wanna buy a Gigabyte GTX1060 6GB GDDR5 GV-N1060G1 GAMING-6GD
thats ok with my motherboard?

If its work but i lose some preformance, how much i actually lose?

Yes that combo will work, but I would still suggest getting a larger psu, because 400w is too little to keep for the future. Also, you would only lose performance if you already have a better card, which I doubt with your psu.

Thanks for the answer, i calculated my voltage with my system on pcpartpicker.com its saying i only need 307W MAX, Also, i dont want to overclock anything.
