[SOLVED] GTX1070 8GB showing up in the system as 4GB

Just like in the title. I bought a new 1070 on Black Friday sale. It's 8GB DDR5 but on Speccy it only shows up as 4GB? Any suggestions would be welcome.

How does it shop up in task manager?
Do you have latest drivers installed?

It's a bug with Speccy, all other software shows 8GB. I'll leave the thread for others with same issue.

This was my point, Speccy as well as other softwares can quite often show incorrect readings.
