GTX1070 fan problems

I've had my pc over a year now, and my graphics card fan has recently started playing up, it will spin fine for a short while then stop and when it starts spinning again it makes a really loud awful noise, I've put it down to being dust and have ordered some compressed air to maybe fix the issue, could you advise what else I can try if this doesn't work?

If its coil noise you cant do anythink.

Check if you can buy a new fan or even better upgrade the cooling.
