GTX1080 and low FPS

Hello I recently upgraded my pc and when I play games such as SQUAD I get lower FPS than expected is it possible my cpu isn’t good enough to run game at higher settings when I turn super sampling off?

Pc specs:

Evga Gtx 1080SC
Intel i7 8700(non k)
16gb vengeance ram 3000mhz
Aorus z370 motherboard

I meant to say when I turn super sampling on to max(x2.0)

What kind of performance are you getting in comparison to others with similar specs? Have you performed a CLEAN install of your drivers?

When I turn super sampling to max I get around 30fps. I have got the latest driver installed
