Gtx1080 with i52500k

Solution
Still need to work on how to post.

You really want to get some sort of 4C/8T or 8C/8T system. So a 4770K, 7700K, or Ryzen. You'll also need to move to DDR4 RAM. If you move to the 4770 you won't need to upgrade your RAM. If you only jump to the 3770K you won't have to upgrade anything other than the CPU as the 3770K is a drop in upgrade. What you upgrade depends on your budget.

Thanks for the quick answer Defenately higher than 1080p
I have an uhd 4k monitor. So 1440 or 2160

You do have the 2500K OC'ed right? As long as you've got it up to 4.5GHz+, I see no issues with running it. It's still a 4C/4T CPU so you will have random games that don't like it, but you should be good for a 1080.

Yes i jave but my cpu is not overclocked. As im sucks on it. Anytime i try iv got blue death. And my pc keep reatarting.

I fixed your replies. Try to keep them all in one post like I did.

So you have two issues for playing the newest games. First, you have a quad core/thread CPU. Newest game engines prefer being able to tackle 8 threads at a time and suggest the 3770K for this. Second issue is the stock clock CPU. The 2500 is very similar to the 4690 if you can clock it high enough. There wasn't that much improvement between the two chips, the 4690 is just clocked faster. I'm not sure what your issue is with OCing it. You'd have to start a new thread on that.

Based on this new information, 4k with stock clock 2500, I'm not sure I'd bother upgrading. It seems you either need to figure out how to get another GHz+ out of your current CPU, or just upgrade to something newer.
