Question GTX1650 not working

I recently bought a new GTX1650 installed it correctly on my PC but when I boot it up I get a beep sound when the intel logo page shows and then when I get to windows login which comes up with the screen all in lines and disoriented.

Also when I use my old graphics card everything works normally

The graphics card is bad... change it... maybe power or vram issues

My power is 500Watts surely this is enough

Need more information. What brand and model of power supply and age(also what CPU, etc, total power draw), how exactly are you installing the drivers(did you clean the old drivers prior to installing it), if it's a super does it have a power input and is it hooked up?

Dunno how old the power supply is as my pc is prebuilt and only had it for 9 months all I know it can do 500 Watts. My CPU is intel I5-2500 and also it is hooked up to a power input, I’ll try to record a video later for the start up so you can get more info.
