-Windows 10 home

Is there anybody who knows what's wrong?
Everything updated, etc.
I think hese dying, what do you guys think?

Thanx for help!

Solution
Try lower resolution, no AA and lower quality textures. If stuttering goes away- it was insufficient GPU memory. Otherwise- it should work with new games. Not great, but without stuttering.

I think its your graphics card since its really outdated, its time to upgrade.
You're CPU and RAM are fine.
Can i have a picture of your gpu?
I hope it helped
Good luck ;)

Aww, i think a new gpu won't fit in your case. Did you build it by yourself or was it a prebuild pc?
A new case (for also better airflow) and gpu would be the best upgrade for now.
Let me know if you're new gpu helped or not.
