GTX460 1GB or Radeon HD5850 1GB

Hey guys - i am willing to purchase a new graphics card - first i decided to purchase a Radeon HD5850 and keeping my existing 9600GSO as Dedicated PhysX card. But some suggested me to purchase a GTX460 1GB OC version from MSI or Palit. Please guide me which one to buy - money is not a problem here - all i want is a rock solid performance!

5850 + Physics card wont work unles you do some driver hack.
