Hey,
I have been thinking about upgrading my PC to gain better performance in high end games. I was thinking of selling my two 560ti's (1GB) and buying a 680 (2GB) and later on, maybe SLI but then i thought it would be better to skip the 600 series and go for the 700 series even though there's no news about them. Would you recommend waiting for the 700 series instead?

Main Specs:
- i7 950 (3.05ghz) i was thinking of overclocking it to a max of 4.0ghz, using an aftermarket cooler (any recommendations?)
- MSI X58A-GD45 (PCI 2.0)
- 6GB (2x3GB 2000mhZ)
- Two GTX 560Ti's (1GB) in SLI (Inno3D and Gainward both at stock speeds)
- Antec 750 watts Earthwatts
- Thermaltake V6 case
- Gaming on a 24'' Samsung SyncMaster BX2450 at 1080p

Thanks

I'd sell the 560ti's and go for the 680 now. After the 700's have been out for awhile pick up another 680 and SLI them. Ever after the 700's are out, 680 SLI will be a really nice rig. Or save a little cash and go with the 670 instead.

Ill recommend that u wait for the 700 series, if u can live with your gtx 560 ti sli for another year then ur wait will be worth it. Look at titan it gives awesome performance and is so power efficient and is good at compute. A single card is always better than two cards in sli as they have problems. But if u plan to sli two gtx 680 then u can buy them now. Buy one now and the other when 700 series releases so the 680 becomes cheaper.
