gtx650 low fps cs:go

I recently put in a new MSI gtx 650 1gb to replace my old 9800gtx black edition.

my fps in GS:GO, same settings as before, went down lower than it was with the 9800gtx, can someone explain this!? I re-installed the drivers multiple times, all the control panel settings are correct too.

The main issue that is probably causing that is your cpu is bottlenecking that gpu hard. Your processor simply cant supply the graphics card with enough data. You can try to upgrade that cpu which should be whats holding you back.
