GTX670 going to die? (with a video inside)

Hello,
Recently (3 months) strange computer problems have began to appear.
1) games suddenly freeze and only a restart is possible - it does not always happen .
2) getting a message every few hours / days that the Nvidia driver has stopped working but managed to recover itself.
3) I've noticed something that I didn't have before, don't know how to describe it so here is a video:

seems like a driver issue, my 980 did the samething out of the box, update drivers, and test with another cable

i've tried different versions of drivers with no change.
Wich cable are you talking about?
