GTX760 vs R9 270x

i am really confused between these two graphic cards.. my specas are:


amd 8320[3.5ghz]
asus m5a97 R2.0
cooler master thunder 600w


buying a new psu isn't an option so please don't say my PSU is bad.. please review both these cards and yes money is the issue the 270x costs me few bucks less... here are both of he cards' links

Both are great . i would go for R9 270X - cheaper and has a better cooler

well, the 280 can't be done its too expensive and what about the noise levels in this sapphire edition?

That is R9 270 in the chart but the cooler seems similar
