GTX770, No signal to moniter, through all connection types

I finished setting up my build and I turned it on. Everything looks to be running properly, PSU works, Cooler works, GFX card is spinning, it sounds great, everything seems to be going well.

The issue I am having is no matter how I connect to my moniter, it is showing it getting No signal. When I did my external install this did not occur so I do not think any part is defective. I can't figure out why it is not detecting a signal.

I have both 6pin and 6+2pins connected from the PSU to the gtx 770, I even unplugged the 6+2 pin and reconnecting it the other way around to see if that would work, but it did not.

What could be the issue here? I cannot think of anything...

Have you made sure that the CPU power on the top left of the motherboard is plugged in or tried to reset the CMOS?

The CPU power was not in correctly, thank you for bringing it up!
