Going to get one of these cards, this is the rest of my build:

Case: Cooler Master K-380 Advanced 3.0
PSU: 700 Watt Cooler Master
CPU: AMD Vishera FX-8350, Eight-Core
Motherboard: ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3
Soundcard: 7.1
RAM: 8GB DDR3
HDD: 1000 GB SataIII
Wificard: TP-Link 450Mbps
Monitor: 24 Inch BenQ GL2450 Full HD LED, 1920x1080
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64Bit

Which card should I buy?

I'd change the CM power supply , just because I'm not a fan of them. (But that is a side note)

Before the answer I need clarification:

Would you be recording?
Multi monitor setup in the future?
Price range and Currency?

+1

I suggest you get the R9 280X. It has much better compute (up to 2 or 3x as much power as the 770 in non Direct Compute settings) and is only marginally slower in a subset of games.

If you are streaming then shadowplay by Nvidia should play a big factor with recording at 1080p with no performance drop.

However, with mantle also being adopted by more game develpers then you will see better optimization and AMD 280 matching if not beating the 770. This is not affirmative but an educated guess.

If multi monitor is going to happen then the extra vram will be beneficial (N.B the 280 cannot utilize all 3gb of it however it will benefit from it.)

In short , if you are not recording then go for the AMD R9 280

That is a better psu, it allows you to crossfire the 280, or run a 290x

If you can stretch to it , then you should go for the R9 290 (non X)
it is not that much more expensive and is more better
