GTX770/R9 280X on 580 watt psu

hi,i got a 580 watt psu from gigabyte,just little bit unsure is it enough to powering one of these cards and the spec is on the image below

and here are the rest of my system specs

CPU : AMD FX-6300
MOBO : GIGABYTE 970A-DS3P
RAM : KINGSTON HYPER-X GENESIS 1600mhz
GPU : ASUS HD7750
PSU : GIGABYTE HERCULES X 580

as far as i know these cards has a tdp around 230-250 watt..plus my psu has a two 6+2 pci-e
connectors but still,im not so sure..

well 1 gigabyte PSUs are junk. that being said it should be ok.

I would say the r9 280x But you would still be pushing it.

will it be okay for single gpu setup or should i get better psu?

i would get a better psu regardless. antec, seasonic xfx, corsair. 80+gold if you can get it bronze at the minimum

But yes it will probably be ok. just try not to burn the hose down 😛

The 12 volt rail is the important one - that only has 426 on the 12 volt and is a 2 rail PSU, I wouldn't try either card w/ that PSU, I'd look for a 600 with about 42 AMPs on the 12 volt rail
