GTX960, 60Hz 1920x1080 display screen tearing in-game.

Hi guys,I just bought a new PC and I have screen tearing issues in every single game I play.
I have an nVidia GTX 960 OC ASUS graphics card,a 24" 60 Hz LED display,and I'm having the same problem on every game.I tried turning VSync on/off,I have set the graphics in every game to the highest options so my FPS will drop down but nothing happened.I have played only CS:GO,Sniper Ghost Warrior and Thief and I had the problem on every of them.Can someone actually help me fix it?

*I searched on the forums for some help but I couldn't find anything what would fix it.

Try using Adaptive V-Sync in the Nvidia Control Panel. This explains how to use it: http://www.geforce.com/hardware/technology/adaptive-vsync/technology

Check in Win ctl pnl/display/resolution/advanced settings.Be sure the monitor is set to the correct vertical refresh rate. If all is as it should be, it may be an issue with the card or your monitor. You'd have to swap out cards to check. Or try your card on a different monitor.

Sometimes screen tearing can be caused by bad drivers or lack of them. I've had a few screen tearing problems caused by this. Try reinstalling your graphics drivers and see if it makes a difference.

I have even reinstalled my Windows,reinstalled drivers,updated them,but tearing still shows up in every single game I play.
