Gtx960 Compatibility with MSI 760GM-P34(FX) Micro ATX Mobo??

So, this christmas, i hope to get a GTX 960 SSC 4GB( Two fans). I have an MSI 760GM-P34(FX) Mobo. Also known as MS7641, and I was wondering if these two are compatible. Also not related, but is the XFX 650W TS Series PSU( 80+ Bronze certified) Enough wattage for the card and it is reliable to play games like WarThunder, WoT, World of Warships, Space Engineers, etc. Also for extra info, ive got an FX6300 CPU.

As long as the card will fit into your case, it will work just fine.
Also your PSU is plenty for that GPU.
