GTX960 Input lags for no reason I think

Hey community,

Let me start with what happened.

Some days ago (as literally everyday) I wanted to play some rounds of Fortnite. When I started the game I realised something felt wrong. After some seconds of investigating I found out it was my mouse and some kind of shuttering. (Input lag).


So...

Just to let you guys know, I NEVER had ANY problems with ANY games. I used to play Overwatch, CSGO, and Fortnite on a high FPS count. All that literally happened from one day to the other. I didnt change any hardware, installed any programs (There is literally nothing on my PC besides Fortnite) or damaged something.


What I already tried:

Almost everything I think

- Changed Nvidia Control Panel settings
- Uninstalled my drivers with DDU and reinstalled them
- Tried using old drivers
- Tried Nvidia Inspector
- Monitored Temperature (Looks ok)
- Uninstalled Game Bar
- Reset my PC
- Opened my PC case (Looks good).
- Changed monitor



As you can see, that pretty weird. Please help me.


Info: Looks like any other game is lagging too



Other important hardware:

Processor: I7 6700
RAM. 8GB
